That cliff you left me with is too tempting not to throw myself from.
Loving every second of this story, and I also love the continuous nerdy references you make. The Book of Mazarbul passage was great 😂
Epic chapter! Five stars per usual. Wish I could give more. I’m anticipating the next chapter and the reunion of the twins.
Great chapter
Will Noah finally get his answer, looking forward to the next chapters.
classic cliffhanger!
odds on the next chapter being a slight detour back to Alexis and Sophia.
this gets more brilliant as it goes on. can't wait for more...
I hope that finally finding Valon is only the end of one adventure . I shouldn't worry though . " The indefinite Book " . Will continue indefinitely .
Another captivating and wild chapter this was . Loved it .
The Tolkien tribute was a little overdone, but otherwise this is one of the best chapters, high fantasy wise
Excellent, such an intensity. Wish that mr Putin (and a few others) would read this and learn what it is to be a real leader.
Such a vivid universe with deep characters. One of the best stories on this site
This is such a great story. Always looking forward to the next chapter.
"Even if they don't mean to do it, even if they don't plan to do it, I live my life waiting for everyone to betray me." Oh, that's so sad. I can see him under that constant threat, especially in lifetimes where he maneuvers into positions of power.
Inspirational speech to Aithorn about healing -- I think this makes up for some of the more concerning things he says about being indifferent to killing. That speech was like a grizzled Captain counseling a young Lieutenant after battle; except that Aithorn is so highly-ranked that there's no one above him to offer that counsel except Noah. I think that was just what Aithorn needed.
Glad to finally meet Valon -- let's get to it! Hope there's some good conversation before they fight.
