Remember, the category is Non-Consent/Reluctance. She was being reluctant at the beginning, but it is fairly obvious about half-way through that this is a husband fulfilling a fantasy (either his, hers, or theirs mutually) with his wife of her being "forced" by an intruder.

Overall the story was good, but she could have been more reluctant and not quite so eager to suck his cock as soon as the opportunity presented itself.
