Women are rarely fixated on the size of their breasts since they usually know of the discomfort possible from having large bags of fat hanging from their chests. And a female writer in the lesbian section would not be focused on the size of a man's penis which, of course, just has to be rather large.

Not that a man cannot write lesbian fiction, just that it is usually easy to tell the writers sex from the way things are written and the characterisations.
