but it wasn't a satisfying read; lacking something. maybe the experience was a bit too quick/brief. i did enjoy the backstory though and the writing wasn't bad.

but I find these stories how & when I do. I admit I actually skipped some, waiting to see if the ending left an opening/possibility for a sequel, or if there already was one.

I doubted it, until I thought about the note saying things about "one of the last nice ones", "before I get tied down", etc... What if she got tied-down, but things didn't work out or the guy dies? Or maybe she fails in subsequent attempts, & tries to find that rare nice guy again? Or passes on his info to a female friend (or more than one)? Or one of the friends she introduced him to stayed single & goes/tries to find him?

All just ideas; Feel free to ignore.
