Well needless to say I did not expect this treat and I absolutely can't wait for more. In fact this is just my first review because I don't have time to read this redone version just yet but I want you to know I love it already. Hell I can give it a preemptive five star immediately ;)

Alright I'm done, you can definitely see the improved quality of your writing though not much changed in essence. The plot is more fleshed out, or perhaps not fleshed out but more... organic feeling? Natural? Hard to put my finger on it but again a definite improvement. Sex is better too, longer, more detailed just better... Though still not quite long enough IMO, but then again I'm not sure if you wanted this first awkward experience to be too hot. But yeah my standing advice with sex scenes is give them a good length and be expressive as possible.

Anyway can't wait for part two!

I absolutely adore this story! You don't see this genre often combined with historical fiction, and your worldbuilding is immensely believable. Your characters are wonderfully human. I hope you'll continue with this project— I'm curious what's next for Valentina in the capitol :)
