5 star, no doubt. Please make a sequel, I'd love more although this ending is kinda what makes the story good. Thanks a lot for sharing this with us.

well done, the ending was a little abrupt though, think the jealousy of the general could have been explored a little more,

I happen to enjoy writing stories. Much of what I put on here is actually a rough draft or something I don't wish to publish. It's bits and pieces of scenes in longer pieces.
