This is what I call build up. 19 chapters of nothing which represent around 35 pages to finally see a sex scene, that last 10 lines.

If you are short on time to write a good sex scene, please be also short on time to write all the previous teasing. A good story is about balance and yours is broken. Too much meaningless parts that don't bring the story further while the "good stuff" is so short.
