Wow, first chapter and I’m already crying about characters. Even without it being erotic, it promises to be an excellent story. I hope it ends up being a long story, because I love your work. Honestly, you could probably be a published author (if you wanted) with this sort of content, you’re so good.
Having read all your work when I saw your name I was keen to read the story even though I was as a bit put off by the title and description
And I am really glad I did
I can’t wait for your next offering
Really great non-traditional werewolf story
Fabulous plot
Engaging relatable characters
Thank you

A really excellent start. I'm I'm hoping to see some of "Claiming Treasure " integrated to help in the training ascension process.
I'm blown away! I am in tears from reading this. I am glad he has found a reason to keep living and I know from your previous stories that the shit will hit the proverbial fan at some stages nut I hope they make it
I’m all in. You’ve been one of my favorites for some time. I was thrilled when I found this new beginning. Your attention to detail is amazing. You weave a story so wonderfully that I have affection for the characters already. I’ll be looking for the new chapters
I've watched you develop this new story page by page on another venue and I can only wonder how you are able to pull together such complex, twisted and thoroughly entertaining stories on every try. Very good work!

PW, you engage my emotions hardcore! I laugh, cry, get pissed off, it's an emotional rollercoaster ride with twists and turns in the plot! YOU ARE F@CKING AWESOME! Keep it up! If you haven't been picked up as author professionally, someone out there is blind. Would buy your books even in hardcover. ( usually buy trades) Read "Dominant Species" at least 6 times! Sorry fan girl-ing here. You are great!
Great Story BTW! University of Marquette is in Milwaukee not Madison.
Thank you for starting a new story.
You are the best writer in this genre. Keep it up.

As a cancer survivor this chapter hit home. I've read all your stories and hope you will grace us with many more.
Thank you

I think I've read this story before? To the author: is this an old story you have re-submitted??
Did she survive for nine years before she died of cancer? The dates are very confusing in this story.
I started reading “Sharkbait”, it’s the 1st of your stories that I’ve looked at (that I’m aware of). What can I say I LOVED it, so after getting through the 1st chapter I decided to put it on hold so that I can read this. It probably won’t be a surprise but guess what, I LOVE this one too.
The characters are individuals, they’re relatable and believable. This chapter works really well on several different levels, moving through different timelines isn’t jarring. It’s something that doesn’t always work but it works in this story. It’s helpful to get the different perspectives from different characters, I love that you’re using the fated mates concept and even though Catherine’s story it’s a very refreshing look at werewolves. It most books of the genre they don’t get sick or pass/ contract STD’s (not counting children of course!). I like your take on it, weres are human and wolf so there’s a logic to them being susceptible to things that affect other humans.
Thoroughly enjoyable story, I’m looking forward to reading more. Thanks for sharing.

Good so far. Interesting these are not typical wolves. They get sick and get old.
Good start again setting out the background. Didn't expect a wolf to suffer cancer, Catherine's fight against it was epic.
Awesome story! Love how everything is explained and tied together. The last part was kind of hard to read, my wife had breast cancer and we had to go through a lot of the same. Happily the treatments were successful and the cancer was beaten and we had some more years together. Looking forward to reading the rest of this story. Thanks
My second time around reading this, thoroughly enjoying it. Again. Thanks for writing and posting, cheers Ppfzz.
Like the way you change the rules between different story threads.
Hey Tess (UK) - children (and therefore humans) are a Sexually Transmitted Disease? I can see that.
5* thanks for sharing,
