What I love about this story is that it doesn't NEED the sex. Obviously that's what we're all here for, but so many stories here have two (or more!) cyphers meet, hook up, then it's "Wham, Bam, Thank you, Ma'am!", and no story, no understanding of the characters.

This story would work as a police procedural.
