...in my opinion, Shaima, this chapter is one of the best pieces you've produced in a while (and none of your stories are duff). The descriptions of Swedish manners and mores and very interesting and certainly a good guide for anyone thinking of visiting the country; I always thought Germans were rather rigid and formal, particularly in the northern Lander, but they seem laid-back compared to the Swedes. A great five-star chapter. And I quite agree with Helena about Abba's Agnetha!

(On a technical point, what are the odds on four aces and a straight flush appearing in the same hand, not to mention a straight flush and royal flush, then yet another royal flush? I bet even in Vegas they'd be astonished.)

Its not only a joy to read a story by a fellow Aussie, but a double joy to read such a well written and thought out story. Excellent, i look forward to reading more of your stories, this is the first i have read
