- Using monthly allowance to increase orgasm quota for one week - (£100 per orgasm)

- Failing to achieve the chastity belt quota for the week - (£100)

- Refusing to wear the belt when commanded and without justifiable reason - (£25)

- Failing to reach the minimum required attire score for the week - (£100)

- Failing a personal hygiene inspection - (£40)

- Reducing orgasm quota for one week in order to gain monthly allowance - £50 per orgasm

- Completing a request, demand or task to a standard above and beyond expectation - £10

- Completing a task or undertaking a service not requested of them which significantly benefits the Landlord - £10

- Continuous levels of exceptional politeness, courtesy, manners, and general good behaviour - £25

- Achieving at least double the required attire score for the week - £50

- Complying with a request regarding the length and style of hair, body hair or pubic hair - £10

- Exceeding the chastity belt quota for the week - 50p per additional hour worn

- Voluntarily wearing the vaginal insert with the chastity belt - 50p per hour worn

Appendix B: General scores for Tenant's attire whilst inside the Landlord's property

To be used as a guideline only. Negative scores are in brackets

Shoes:

Padlocked high-heels - 2pts

High-heels (heel depth greater than 5cm) - 1pt

Trainers, plimsolls, slippers, crocs, or other comfortable shoes - (1pt)

Socks:

Knee-high or longer socks (providing they compliment attire) - 1pt

Any other socks - (1pt) (not enforceable during winter)

Skirts/Trousers:

Any skirt design, maximum length to base of buttocks (when standing upright) - 2pts

Miniskirt, pleated or jean skirt, above the knee - 1pt

Micro shorts - 1pt

Yoga pants, leggings, or any similar design with transparent or translucent properties - 1pt

Full-length skirt, jeans, or other comfortable trousers - (1pt)

Panties (all scores ineligible whilst wearing belt):

No panties - 2pts

Crotchless panties, g-strings - 1pt

Boxers, briefs, hipsters, granny-pants, or any similar design with equivalent levels of comfort and/or practicality - (1pt)

Tops (points may stack):

Topless (bra counts separately) - 2pts

Low-cut design (significant cleavage visible) - 1pt

Lace, transparent, translucent, or other see-through properties - 1pt

Base of the top above the belly button - 1pt

Sweater, full-size tee, or any other top that covers the entire torso - (1pt) (not applicable if see-through)

Bras:

No bra - 2pts

Tack bra - 2pts

Bra designed specifically to enhance cleavage, or is at least one size too small - 1pt

Neck:

Collar - posture - 2pts

Collar - standard size - 1pt

Necklace with NSFW word or slogan clearly visible - 1pt

Miscellaneous:

- Coats, jackets, dressing gowns, or any attire designed to cover a large portion of the body - all points for attire underneath said garment are null and void

- Any attire not previously mentioned, specifically designed to be uncomfortable, compromising, or revealing - 1pt per attire (Landlord's discretion)

- Any jewellery that is explicitly NSFW, either in design or the manner in which it is displayed or worn - 1pt per item/pair

- Naked. This overrides all other scoring options except the neck and jewellery entries. The chastity belt may still be worn - 10pts
