I think it should be "May I have thy scarf?"
2. "Can thou say the same?"
More properly: "Canst thou say the same?"
Or: "Can thee say the same?"
But I enjoyed it.
Frankly, i think it should be longer; 'a right good tale' as it were. I think the Mayor might have made a bigger job in keeping the villain from the Good Guy.
