its actually disappointing to think, just how often john's approach to being dominant, is really just a conflated form of obstinance.. the romantic scenes.. are really mushy now.. and are feeling like filler between great fighting and fucking.

at this stage of the storyline different topics comming to my thoughts: first John - while all his girls embraced their psychic gifts and training what they can effective use, John is slacking out totally. He did nothing for his own development beside armor plating, rings and an coloured bird. Even with his shields everyone else got it faster/quicker. In the astral plane fights he always waits totally braindead, doing nothing... he seemed like the absolute looser, promising the girls to always protect them, but doing nothing. Beside swordmansship he had no training at all and even his girls are now better at combat after a few months. No development from Johnnyboy. // secondly, how will he live for enernity and having a big family? All his girls and mothers of his children will live for ever and they will all see their own children outgrow and die? Or - are the children supposed to aquire their own harem to live longer too - and they will see their own children die? I will keep reading this great biblical story..
