Anyone else catch the reference to Tanya Tucker's 1974 song?

I think this is one of those times where the differences between US English and English are hugely important. To my mind thinking that McBride Sir the soon to be dead Is an absolute arsehole, to me there’s just more emphasis and vehemence than calling him an asshole. You captured the arrogance and misogyny perfectly, men like that don’t see anything wrong with them fucking anything with a pulse (because they have needs) but she does it once and she’s a whore! I don’t know what’s more aggravating; that they believe their view is right or that they believe women don’t have similar “needs” for sex?
