A story about people that doesn't belong in any Literotica categories. Maybe in a mystery or police venue.

Neat story, nicely structured, thank you.

Needed a final confrontation with with Carol, but other than that, this was pretty good. Entertaining. I could read another chapter.

Spenser is a fantastic series, I whole heartedly agree.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

I loved the the Gray Man's (Rugar) character from the Spenser series.

Good little tale , thanks

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

Ok, but falls a bit flat at the end

So Carol got off lightly? It would have been nice to hear more about how she cheated on the wrong man and got what she deserved. Still a well written story 4 stars.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

Maybe a sequel? Very nice story, 5 Star all the way.

An interesting story about life out there on the streets.

ReddladyReddladyover 1 year ago

Good short story!

Frank66Frank66over 1 year ago

Thought it was a good and interesting read, right up until the writer felt compelled to describe in exhausting detail just what really happened in that fight. Just to make sure we dummies would get it. And yes, he needed to get his butt over to Cindy's and talk to her.

Nasty56Nasty56over 1 year ago

Good but no proper ending per se…

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

The Gray Man is a character in a book series written by Mark Greaney. The main character is an assassin who works for whoever pays him as well as being a former CIA operative. Netflix produced a movie based on the first book in the series.

Nice story. An enjoyable read.

kirei8kirei8over 1 year ago

I liked your story but I think you should have

"fleshed" out his visit to Cindy at the end. Your ending was rather abrupt. Good job!

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

As I cast a wondering eye on this tale, I found that I couldn’t build up any emotional connection to any of the characters. I didn’t even hate Carol all that much. Lots of cardboard used and then straight to recycling. The author has already demonstrated great capabilities, but not with this particular tale.

I would have enjoyed if he had visited Cindy.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

Gray Man definitely had the right idea about protecting those he cared about although Tommy just happened to be the one he used to cover a good deed. Great story well deserving of th 5 stars

Good read but I would have picked another name other than Gray Man. Not sure if that name has been copyrighted by anyone, but wouldn't be surprised. If you enjoy reading, read the Gray Man series by Mark Greaney. Netflix movie is pretty good as well, but not near as good as the books. 4*

Isn't it a shame that you have to warn readers about gunplay? What do they think the most useful tool in expanding this country, in gaining our independence in taming the west in keeping our freedom from foreign intervention was. That is why we have the second amendment. Not the 9th, the 15th or any other lower number but the 2nd guarantee of freedom. Pretty soon you'll have to apologize for eating at Denny's or Olive Garden. Woke is just another word for shameless ignorant coward.

'The bar was a simple three sided rectangular thing.' Didn't they used to call them things, triangles? But hey, I feel ya!

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

How can the bar be 3 sided and rectangular at the same time?

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

Instead of killing Johnny in private with no witnesses he does it in a bar?

Really liked this story. Big fan of Spencer and thought the "Gray Man" was from the Parker stories. What happened to Carol? She seemed like a character that deserved some retribution. Keep on writing I appreciate your style.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

So So, but on the good side. LP

ZoomdoggieZoomdoggieover 1 year ago

Parker was in a class by himself. I still miss him.

I liked your story. It was short but had some history to it, and a good looking babe for a milf.

26thNC26thNCover 1 year ago

Good story. Everyone got what they deserved except for Carol.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

This story was okay. I didn’t really get any tension. Given there was the bar fight and the shootings, but the protagonist was an observer and a victim. The post-Alaska explanation was interesting, but again the protagonist played a passive role.

iammweaseliammweaselover 1 year ago

I enjoyed it, the end was a bit "meh" but overall I thought it a decent story.

As for ther gun play, nothing wrong with that, the only times its wrong is when its clearly a writer who sexualizes the things and masturbates to Field and Stream.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

Well done. Very original. 5 stars.

The 'Gray Man' is also a Mark Greaney series about a super CIA x-operator with an abundance of skills and +9 lives worth of luck.

\

Unless this was a warm-up to a new series, this story leaves me hanging as unfinished with an indecisive ending.

I liked the story, however it seemed half hearted to me. You have the beginnings to a grate novel only to dismiss it for this?

Thanks again.

I mean, he started dating and proposed to a slut😭😭😭😭😭.... did he imagine she'd make a perfect wife?😭😭😭😭😭... please stop trying to turn cum guzzling sluts into housewives...I don't understand why he was still dating her after overhearing her with her mom?.... what was he waiting for? The fact that he was still hurt even after being prepared.....baffled me immensely.. he should've of felt nothing but relief.... relief he didn't make the biggest fucking mistake of his life... a divorce would've been more expensive.. is that the woman he aspire to have kids with?🤭😭😭😭.... I'm just really lost... you are suppose to fuck sluts, you don't take them to meet your parents, you damn sure dont ask them to marry you. .. you just fuck them... don't get your feelings involved...just.. he was just boring.. he clearly was letting his dick do all of his thinking for him... this story was a little lame... we didn't hear anything from the slut.. the story was ok... nothing I'd read again

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

The first word that comes to mind is "inept." This story is inept. Carol was a screaming dumb shit arrogant selfish whore, so how did this guy like her, love her, want to spend the rest of his life with her? You made the MC a stupid shallow clueless bore; inept. And of course Cindy, the virtuous intelligent, deep thinking mother has this brainless whore for a daughter. And I bet you see no inconsistency in that: intelligent virtuous parents have worthless brain dead children all the time. That's what worthless brain dead parents tell themselves to make themselves feel better, and blameless. So what was the plot? Stupid people make bad choices and live fucked up lives? Who doesn't know that? Right; the inept. Thanks for illustrating the point. And thanks for the effort.

goodshoes2goodshoes2over 1 year ago

Good story. And yeah, I have read all of Parker's books. Damn good.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

MC is an idiot. Carol drops the guy she picks up and is immediately with him? She is a fun party girl, not wife material. What

And he should genuinely apologize to CIndy, a real friend and not just because he was scared of the grey man. The ending made him a creep. He knew Cindy was on his side, actually fighting with her daughter over Carol's slutty behavior and there was no reason to be rude to her.

BehindbluisBehindbluisover 1 year ago

Good read. Could have used some more detail, but I enjoyed it. There's plenty of room and rabbit holes to take things further. Thanks.
