I will have to re-read this story later in order to leave a detailed review, but as usual, your wit and creativity with dialogue and characters never cease to amaze me. Loved the banter, the remarks (ye gods...we shall not lack for shade!!) from Tauma's companions and of course who can overlook Glasha? I do NOT blame Tauma for badly humbling and injuring that ignorant scholar...and I maintain he defended Glasha's honor far more than for any other reason. Certainly, Glasha and she make an excellent match.

My only regret is that I wish you had detailed the Red Knee visit far more, as there had to be TONS of stunning half, quarter and eighth-orcs there which were descendants of the original bunch that shipwrecked there.
