Hit all the bases.

Loved the dialogue.

Empathized with the characters.

Was able to suspend my disbelief.

Nice detailed sex scenes, along with just enough plot.

Was left wanting more.

Probably the best I've read in a while.

My new favorite Casual/Friend story. Love the dialogue and the concept.

I'm a big Xarth fan and I'm good with the category, but this wasn't up to Xarth's usual standards. True, the dialogue was witty and there were elements of angst. But the balance between toying with the reader's mind and focusing on the body lacked Xarth's usual mind-tinkering. This was primarily a sex story - a "wanker," as our friends across the pond call it. That's what you generally expect (and generally get) from stories on Lit. But it's not generally what you get from Xarth. Xarth's stories are usually so much more. It feels like he mailed it in on this one. Somebody has to say it: will the real Xarth please come back?

Sadly, this is the first time I haven't given 5* to a Xarth story. Still high quality, but it lacks that something extra. 4* it is...

This really isn't your year for good stories. Did you peak at "Handcuff Sister"? In my opinion, nothing has come close to that one so far and I'm always left disappointed now.

But that's not what keeps us coming back for Xarth content. This doesn't come near the depth or poignancy you're clearly capable of. You set the bar really high for yourself, so solid, or even really good, doesn't measure up.

I certainly won't down-rate it, as it is quite good as a literotica short, but it just makes me want to re-read Lexi to get my Xarth fix.

All that aside, thanks for your tireless work to try to keep us all happy and satisfied!

I disagree with the person that commented that this hasn't been your best year. I think you're getting better and better. Your stories are different, and you started with a very high standard. I enjoyed them all!

I absolutely love this story and have read it 4 times now. I would love to read more of your friends in group sex scenario stories. Great writing, realistic feeling characters
