I love happy endings, but with these two, I had not much hope, honestly. Therefore, I was smitten with how things evolved with Katie and Lilian. Yeah "What Have We Done?" is a wonderful story, and chapter 03 is just as beautifully written as chapters 01 and 02... but a perfect ending, not hardly in my opinion, Katie and Lilian is far from being finished!... But you are the Writer Goddess, so only your opinion matters, and this I do understand... but I'm still feeling very sad,,, yes! 😞
