Overall, your story was well done! I can tell that it was written with a lot of love, and your pacing was great. I like how you led up to the sex instead of jumping right into it; I feel with this plot it was necessary to do. What I would suggest for future reference is to linger more about the lover's personality. We know he's the boss' son and he wants to experiment with a trans woman, but only with a few sentences.

I would've liked seeing a block of dialogue included as well; it could've been funny to see how the boss' son wooed the professional protagonist in spite of her refusal to bed her co-workers. Through his fat cock and expert skill, your lead character was more open to sleeping with the rest of the office, and it could've been fun to just add a tiny epilogue of her seducing another co-worker just how the boy did.
