A porn company not only tricks women into having sex but also does it under the guise of NBC? You realize that not only could Sholanda sue the company but also NBC? Plus whatever criminal charges might erupt from such a case.

Also, the porn company spends nearly a week pretending to be film crew for one session of sex? Why would they do that? That's a huge waste of time and money. Would be more efficient to just hire a porn actress and make a regular fake sex scene.

Actually,anomnamous, they can sue the legitimate NBC (LNBVC), but cannot recover. Unless she can show a real line between LNBC and the fake NBC, there can be no recovery from LNBC.
