In chapter one, he had no tire chains, so he decided to stay on the mountain during the storm. When did he get chains and put them on?

Like the way Ricky was handled. The sex was a little less believable here but still well written and hot. It just takes a back seat to the story you are weaving, which is not a bad thing. Still on board!
