Sorry to be 'that guy's, but, the word is TAUT not taunt. A taunt is a teasing insulting remark. I don't know if this is a spell check problem or if it's a 'suggested by Siri /Google ' word but it's a pretty common mis-use. Also, past tense of search is sought, like bought and fought. English is quirky, oh well.

Good stroke story, had enough build up to make it plausible.
