I understand that to some people this type of humiliation falls into the BDSM category, but I just don't get it. I see your chapters on the hall of fame and so I know I might be in the minority, but reading your story just makes me feel queasy and bad. I guess that means you have skills as an author because you do well in describing the characters feelings and making me feel their pain so to speak, but because this type of story just turns me off sexually, I cannot get into it. I pride myself on scoring stories based on the authors skills vs. content, especially in the bdsm category since peoples tastes differ so much, but I am having a hard time scoring anything more than a 3. I'll stick to reading stories where the dom actually likes his sub and wants to love and cherish her instead of humilate and degrade her.

Not usually in to BDSM... but you've written this with a good story and character arc... Well done.

I am also not into this type of humiliation, admittedly the BDSM on Lit is usually about D/s taken to the nth degree. I read more BDSM on real life websites, forums and Blogs, and in almost every case a 'real' D/s relationship is one of love and trust.

This is by far the best story I have read in this category so far. I don't really see how some readers can criticize this for not having enough "love and trust"...not all BDSM stories can or should be wound within a single loving relationship template, and this story has all the delicious friction that comes with power games.

Also the humiliation part isnt really that extreme considering Jessica spent years humiliating Steven to the degree where it affected his regular life, plus she hasn't really given him any reason for change in her attitude apart from a sexual obsession so obviously he doubts her professed love and thinks its the outcome of some sort of magical cock syndrome.

I love love love the way Steven's dominance is changing him into a more confident person in real life. Even the non-sexual parts of the story are very interesting and the episode with Mike was one of the best parts in the story. Can't wait to see where the story goes next :)

The writing of this story is on par with some of the best erotica I've ever read. You brought out the characters of Steven and Jessica so well. Its as if they are right there, the imagery is so real. I disagree with other reviewers who claim this is not a typical D/s relationship. There are all kinds of relationships in every category and there's no right or wrong way to do it. Both of these characters thrive in this kind of relationship. And I do think there is a level of love and trust that comes through despite the humiliation. 5 stars!

We one is so young there is not right or wrong way, there is no true humiliation or degradation, it is all about exploration and you have continued to spotlight it again and again. The main thing that needs to be focused on it this BDSM relationship is safety! Trust, honesty, true feelings and emotions, while they explore each other, will continue to come to light in their BDSM relationship. Remember that this kid did NOT even have a NAME for something like 24 pages, that is TRUE HUMILIATION! He was not worth anything to her or to others, if anything he wasted space and time to her. It started as payback and blossomed into a world of feelings and emotions he was not prepared for and clearly she was in shock as well. Along the way, be realized that many of his emotions and responses to her reactions mimicked BDSM site from the net and he took that info and ran with it. He was not starting a one way relationship of humiliation. He was not starting a relationship at all, he wanted payback. He soon realized that not only did he open Pandora's Jar on her but myself. Right now you have to crazy kids that are just learning what their bodies can do and what they can do to each other. The humiliation should not be the focus at this time. Furthermore he leaves any degradation in the bedroom (good Dom)! He is not having her act foolishly in public or around friends (well maybe if he had some), he is only using BDSM tools for what they are, things to enhance his pleasure during play and hopfully her's too. He is concerned that he might be doing harm to her, mentally, and realizes that she is still a strong minded, focused, hard working, alone young woman, who is burning herself out. He is becoming a life raft to her and she is building him internally and clearly the confidence is showing. To all ANON's that are "worried" that is this not the story for them, how sad that you have no faith in the author or these amazing characters that have been developed and are still developing. It is a monster of a story and a hell of a ride.

I really love this story so far. Unlike a lot of stories, you really seem to understand the underlying emotion behind it all. And even more than that, the characters aren't perfect. They're experimenting and learning as they go through this as well. That honest sense of emotion of discovery really makes this story stand out.

The third time was the charm. I believe this was your best chapter yet. Good erotica is good characters and good writing. Good 'dark' erotica is characters that are flawed, and writing that can suck the reader down... down to a place where they can not only understand the depravity of the story, but revel in it.

This is my favorite story on Literotica. If this story had been unremittingly hateful from Steven to Jessica, I think I would not be able to enjoy it, despite the way the eroticism narrows in on so many fantasies of mine. I think it would be impossible for me to enjoy it if that were the case, because the cast is so small and the focus on their inward thoughts and attitudes is so much a part of the story, that having Steven choose to simply wallow in hatred and sadistic lust would end up being repellent.

That said, I think you've done a credible job, more than credible, of showing that despite Steven's bitterly wounded pride and mistrust born by years of unjustified antagonism, he is feeling conflicted, and recognizes that, and is-in starts and stops-allowing himself to change. With a sort of three steps forward, four steps back, five steps forward, one back, two steps forward, three steps forward, one and a half steps back kind of progression which feels very authentic for, you know, conflicted human beings exploring a new relationship and a new way of thinking.

The two of them do, after all, have a very long history to come to terms with. Steven has to learn to forgive and love and cherish-or not-Jessica for her past behavior, and likewise Jessica has to learn to accept forgiveness, and stand up for herself, and demand true personhood from Steven-or not-in spite of the delight her senses and lust bring her.

I love this to pieces, everything about it is perfect to me. My Dom, we had a relationship much like this for a while. And then it turned in to something different. In the bedroom or whatever other room he decides on, I am very submissive but that's all I was, just a perfect yes girl he told me. He wanted to get to know who I was apart from a sub. So we become a regular, bickering, couple and I can be openly affectionate once we're outside of the house but the second that door shuts behind him later I'm on my knees and if I upset him that day, I get my punishment right there and gladly accept it then thank him. You write very well but this is the same old same old just repackaged again and again. For example, her deep throating him or trying to was hot the first few times. Now it is just how far do I have to scroll down to get back to some other aspect of the story.

The trouble with most sex and sexual writing is that there are only a finite number of orifices and ways to describe the acts involving those. Your pieces provide valuable insights into how an overachiever can accept or even enjoy the Sub role and as to how a "nice" guy or girl can enjoy the Dom role of producing pain and control in someone they so deeply care about. The changing power dynamic you describe is convincing -even if the female's worship of phallic size isn't. I suspect those who felt them "boring" were simply missing these subtleties at a deeper level.

This is very much like my life in the bedroom with Sir. If someone thinks this is tiresome, they must think RL sex is tiresome as well.

I think it's perfect and your descriptions about her reactions as a new sub resemble my own thoughts and fears when I first realized who I was and entered the lifestyle.

I'd like to comment on something that one of the Anonymous readers wrote. It, essentially, said that Steven's loss of control and abuse of Jessica was a bad thing and could set the wrong ideas and impressions in the minds of those novices and "infants" in the Lifestyle just beginning their journey toward self-understanding and real Control.

Of COURSE it does! But the way you presented it, in addition to being HOT, was a warning, with suitable explanation, to confirm that it wasn't the "right" way to practice WIITWD! He learned from it and regretted it. As the story continues, you see him working very hard to avoid that very loss of Control. Over time, I'm sure that he, like most of us that walked that path without the benefit of a Mentor, will learn how to Control the darkness and his impulses better so as not to harm her. Hurt her, definitely. Harm her? no. At some point, perhaps you'll create the opportunity for him to meet someone with some experience who is willing to take him under their wing and teach him some of the things that could place Jessica, and others, at risk.

Until you, as the author, decides to do that, we ALL should settle down and remember what this work of fiction is all about: erotica.
