After many years of being on the site, I recently decided to start submitting stories that I have written. The first two that I have submitted, "In Flight" and "Promoted," were written in one sitting. Essentially, I wrote them on the spur of the moment. I was struck with an idea and started writing and didn't stop until the story was finished. Perhaps that is to the detriment of the story, I don't know.

I have no intention of reading comments left on the stories I submit. I've seen a lot of negative comments and non-constructive criticism left for other writers and frankly, I don't need other people's negativity. If you want to show appreciation towards something I write, the best way is to favorite it.
