I'm a writer in other genres and contexts, and am considering writing some erotic stories.
My reading interests on literotica: Erotic Couplings, First Time, D/s (not bondage though), Incest, Loving Wives, Mature, Mind Control. Prefer very high ratings/scores; don't enjoy reading when the writing is of poor quality.
In real life, however, I'm not at all interested in either Incest, or Loving Wives situations. Or mind control, unless we're talking about ethical choices between consenting adults.
In real life, I've had massage therapy training but I don't do that for a living; I believe sex shouldn't be just about one round of foreplay and intercourse; I think regularly setting aside hours for a feast of multi-sensory pleasure is the right way to go about having a great sex life. A quickie, to me, is like "do we have time for 60-90 minutes of debauchery?"
I'm incredibly happy post-vasectomy... because that means after getting tested for STD's, no more birth control needed! Bring on more simple pleasures!
