A few years ago, when I first started writing my stories on this website, my then-husband at the time said (rather incredulously), "Why on Earth are you writing about this stuff? Aren't you worried what people will think if they find out what you are writing about?"
"Well," I began. "I love thinking about how people fall in love. I love to dream about the impossible. I love to think about how I would phrase their actions in just the right way. I rehearse it over and over in my head like a well-loved play. Don't you do that, too?"
Judging from the look on his face, it suddenly hit me that no, maybe not everybody stays up late at night, fantasizing about impossible love. It struck me then - maybe this was my "thing". I've always been passionate about writing. I write because I love the way words convey emotions. And after I spend time thinking about exactly how specific scenes go down, I write these words down, and then my mind is clear, ready for the next idea.
So I've taken a few years off from writing. But lately I've been trying to find myself again. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I can't think of anything more fun than creating some new, salacious stories. I'm trying to clear out my inventory of drafts, so a few random stories will pop up soon. Sorry if they feel rushed. Some of these I started, and then didn't have the time to keep going with them. Who knows. Maybe I'll add extra chapters later.
