Basically here to read and comment, although I comment enough that the authors who entertain us all may wish to know a little bit about this guy commenting on their efforts.

My reading matter on this site is usually under Loving Wives, but I'm eclectic and like many categories. I'm not into willing cuckold stories, and I enjoy stories with lots of conflict and drama. I suppose I prefer endings to unearned reconciliations, but an earned reconciliation with high drama is great to read. If it's well-written, I'll read things which would not otherwise be my cup of tea.

I try and rate things under the Roger Ebert Principle: Does the story do what it set out to? Does it do it well? Am I entertained? If the answer is yes, and it's well-written, it's going to get a high rating from me, even if it's not my kettle of fish.

I don't rate stories (much) on whether there is justice meted out, or based on the personality of the protagonists, or similar things. Everyone's tastes are different, and writers are going to write what appeals to them. And quite frankly, I'm getting lots of entertainment for free, and all it costs is my time. I'm not here to dump on authors.

I have written things In Another Place under a different name. At some point I may write something here. Until then, I'm just reading and reviewing.
