Long time reader, now entering the world of writing.
Most of my writing is based upon personal experiences but all names and locations are changed to protect those involved.
My style is currently highly informal and can sometimes lack higher character arcs and plot development. I expect this to change and improve as I refine my approach to writing, although I hope to always keep the light, informal feel to my work.
I tend to write Novellete's and Novella's coming in around the 10,000-15,000 word mark, rather than short stories. However, I am working on reducing my word counts to make my work more accessible to those who prefer a shorter read.
I currently have a limited number of published works on here with a handful more in the draft and planning stages. I work full time and prefer to publish as a whole story rather than in parts, so, unfortunately, new works will be published at a relatively infrequent rate, for which I apologise.
I am more than happy for editors to reach out to work with me if they feel they can improve my work.
