And why does a character with an obviously Jewish name, one as uncommon as Amara, at least in the English speaking world, celebrates Christmas?

I loved the story, really inspiring characters that made me care for them and their future - right up to the end of ch.04. But you missed out the meeting of Dani with Amara's sister - indeed Kati's character was never developed - and Amara's confrontation with Dani's past was equally glossed over. The last chapter felt unfinished and rushed, though it still had good sections, and as a result the end was a little disappointing and emotionally unsatisfying.

I'm still eager to read anything else you write!!

I'm sorry it had to end, but that's life. It was a wonderful and complex story, and I enjoyed every word. I certainly hope we get to see more of your work.

Absolutely loved this series!

Such a pleasant surprise to find this story on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I loved it tremendously. The development of the characters, coping with their insecurities, conquering them, so good to read.

I super agree with the comment that though its still a wonderful chapter it seems rush and force so it will end at Chap 5. Alot still needs to be covered... speacially the past of Dani that could have help understand her melt down when she saw her ex. What happened and why she had that reaction. Did Amare already told Annie what her relationship with Dani? There was alot of questions you have raise in Chap 4 some was left unanswered. The story was great but among the 5 chap this was the least connection emotionally that I got. Its like there was something missing... and to top it all you said it... this is thd last chapter. Am kinda Sad that this is how it ends... had high hopes... got a disappointing ending. 😔

My least favorite chapter cause 1. Inconsistencies with Amara last names 2. Educating Dani mimicked readers comments to the "T" in prevoius chapter 3. Story felt less organic than previous ones 4. Story feels disjointed with an unfinished ending and 5. Would love to read a more comprehensive chapter that has a true ending with a pretty bow around it:). Overall, a very good series

I really enjoyed this series. This is my second read through. I think I gave each chapter 5 stars. Enjoyed even more than the first time. The sensitivity, vulnerability generosity, and commitment of the two protagonist to one another is profound. I'm jealous of both Amara and Dani...especially Amara. I too am in need of an indispensable woman :). I could read more of these two. To believe that this relationship got so deep within a few weeks or months seems extraordinary but plausible. I hope you revisit this couple, I'd love to see how they progress. I find it difficult that all this sensitivity and commitment was written by a MAN!!! Koot thank you...to me you are just as rare as these two characters :)

Loved every second of this. How two different people, total opposites can love and be loved by each other. Absolutely incredible writing and story.

After re-reading this I do have questions. Like at the beginning Amaras card has been declined in trying to buy pizza yet after a while we see that she has a very well paid job and willing to pay Dani large amounts to do a job so how was her card declined? Lastly how Dani can waltz in and take over everything that absolutely has nothing to do with her like how long Amara can work for, choosing outfits Amara wears. Is Dani a paid housekeeper or a paid dom? or both? Don't get me wrong. I love this story but somethings just don't add up. I still stand by my last comment.

OK, I also wondered how a comfortably-off professional woman could have big trouble with a declined credit card, but... it served a legitimate purpose in the story. And such detailed, sensitive sex scenes with a positive vibe!
