Perhaps with a touch of cynical;

A hard-edged look

At our world today;

Might make you want to

Talk to your imaginary friend.

If only more and more poems as this one could entice us, not to talk to our own imaginary friend, as the previous poster suggests, but maybe to each other. Maybe to even cry: “I am sick and tired, and I am not going to take it anymore!” Thank you for daring to be relevant. Touching what really hurts, and pushing people out of their comfort zone!
