People fade away
All the time, every day
Will no-one stay
Just feel dismay

      Warped child
      Lost mind
      No longer mind
      Mostly blind

Living in the twilight
Future was never bright
No-one to hold me tight
As I drown in the dark night

      These cards
      In my hand
      Only shards
      Of my stand

All my dreams are pain
Nightmares all insane
Each ripping in my brain
But never show the strain

      In my smile
      Is my scream
      Is it trial
      Is it dream

It’s hard for me to trust you
I’ve been torn in half
Never know what is true
And what is just a laugh

      I’m a joke
      Lost my destiny
      A toy that broke
      And isn’t free
