Though haiku is not a form I've ever claimed to understand your poem strikes me as meeting the criteria for a good one. I love that it is very open to interpretation and the title works so well with what follows it. Thanks for posting it!

Whether it is haiku, or senryu, or one of those other East Asian forms, I'll defer to those who know and care about those things.

For me it is simply an elegant, good poem.
