Somehow I just knew that Captain Janeway's outrage wouldn't last long. But at least I figured out what the author was going for: laughs. Great big belly-cramping guffaws. The line about Janeway tripping and doing a faceplant right between Seven's melons doubled me over. The Paris/Seven/Janeway threesome was even more hilarious. Not the slightest bit erotic, but hysterically funny.

Next time, have Paris invite Harry "6.5 centimeters" Kim to the party. It'll bring the house down.

The funniest part is that the beats to the story are the same as an episode of star trek. Definitely a two parter to link season 4 and 5 I believe.
