well I'm surprised I'm the first one to comment, but I actually liked your story quite a bit. The idea of a mutual attraction that doesn't get realised until a chance occurrence is very appealing, and I think you pull it off relatively well given that this story has a clear goal of getting the two main characters off as soon as possible.
