No! Actually there are not a "ton of HBCU's" in the US. There are about 107 or so. Of the 5300 colleges of which 3900 or so are technically "universities", that is like 2.5%. Historically Blacks are only 13.5 percent of the US population. So not "a ton", if roughly a quarter in relation to the perceived demand.
