That was amazing. It was tender, beautifully paced, full of real emotion and deliciously sensual. When the sex came it was beautifully written and very erotic. The loving coda was the perfect ending. Thank you.

I love this beautiful tale. This lovely story is a demonstration of the weakness of the single-story-category system. I totally understand why it’s in “Incest/taboo”, because that’s the aspect that’s most likely to upset a random reader, but of course it’s mainly a Romance in its emotional content (which is why I like it), but could reasonably also be classified as “First Time” or, of course, “Lesbian”.

Hi, Love your work but you should know that this story has been pirated and is being sold on Amazon by 'John Xie'. A kind reader let me know he was selling one of my stories (turned out to be two) and I got them taken down.

Here is the link to your story so you can get it taken down.

A very well written story. Thankyou.

I know I am only a 70 year old married male, happily married for 45 years and as such I still have never ever got the smallest glimpse of the complexities of the female mind. And I know this is merely fiction, and therefore, by definition, made up and untrue and unreal.

But reading this story is the nearest I have ever been to even daring to hope that I understand the tiniest scintilla of how women think or feel or respond.

Thank you.

As a writer, I am constantly on the lookout for stories that I want to learn from. Of course, every story has something for me to learn. But every once in a while, I find one amazingly insightful that I am certain has a lot to teach me. While I find such a story, I tag it to be able to come back to it "for reference".

This story got tagged.

I'm a guy, but seriously loved the story.

I'm a straight guy with decently high standards for writing. This is the first lesbian story I've given 5* to, not because I have something against lesbian porn (although admittedly it leave me feeling .... excluded?) but because this is the first I have found that is so well written and is also evocative and expressive.

One of the best, most genuine, pieces ever posted here at Lit.

Of all that there is, this is the best story about lesbian love. There is everything here: the character of the characters is well revealed, excellent dialogues, moments of intimacy (hugs, sisterly kisses, sisterly love) are well described, warmth and comfort are felt during reading. Perhaps it seems so because from this story I met the author... Don't know. But it's the one I've been rereading for the hundredth time.

IF ONLY I could give it 10 stars! This is an amazingly perceptive, moving story, told with dialogue that feels so natural it could be autobiographical. The characters tug at your heartstrings, as their story is universal... the search we make for love, for a place to belong, for happiness and contentment with our lot. Truth be told, it has echos of my own journey. Simply put, there is no finer collection of stories on this site, period. Colour me greedy, as I wish for more of them! But we must be content with whatever she gifts us. After all, Beethoven only wrote 9 symphonies.

Absolute perfection. 5 all the way! I laughed. I cried. Then...well it's good that I already had the tissues out. Thank you!

Clearly I'm not the only straight male to get a huge amount from this superb story. Rather than feel the inevitable pressure, with heterosexual erotic writing, to keep reading as fast as possible to a conclusion, I was able to take this slowly, to enjoy it fully, to savour each aspect, like great lesbian sex (I can now suggest)? And I really appreciated that, and suspect it can also teach us men (well me at least) a lot about the female psyche and satisfying our partners, how despite the importance of the body, really good sex is in our heads and that there are no shortcuts to getting our heads to the point where the sex is mind-blowing for both partners. The quality of the writing and the genuineness of story, based on the so well-sketched characters, was always going to draw me back, but it never made me want or feel the need to rush – I actually wanted to spin it out. Yet I still find it difficult to work out what I feel and it's even harder to put that into words.

Just about everything has been said by others and I endorse every word of the praise (not having found any criticism in the comments I have read). I should have made notes as I was reading it. There were so many wonderful touches of education; culture; good taste; poignancy; dry humour (that several times made me laugh out loud), Lexi saying she lost her virginity to the second clarinet, one that comes immediately to mind, the dexterity of woodwind players' tongues which followed on, being another ( I was laughing with them); and there is deep, wonderful love, that made me wish I could have thrown myself so totally into a relationship. It's all clearly a fantasy and perhaps no one, or only a lucky few, ever get to experience something so rich and real and right in real life. And in that sense it transcends its genre and I could at least enjoy (almost experience) it vicariously. There is real insight here into human nature. The author make one reference to the Bard (though I don't recognise the two out of three being not bad, example, but she's clearly learned something from him about human nature and how to write something others will want to read for qa start. There is also originality, but most importantly, for me, there are solid, life lesson, perhaps just the one all embracing lesson, that many, perhaps most of us, at least at times, feel uncertain about ourselves, just like Lexi and Robyn (unless we are blinded by our own conceit); that there are no easy answers, but that there is nothing to lose from trying and everything to gain. I wish I have learned that sooner. This isn't a message from the story, but it reminds me of the saying that, 'It's better to love and lose, than never to love at all. I'm deeply indebted to OnehitWanda. Richard

It’s unbelievable how good you write, and how consistently you’ve done it… Fantastic story, 10/10: I agree with every word of CristoforoColombo’s glowing comment.

Always had a sister fetish. Rarely have I found a story to indulge it so well.

Great story, great writing, totally believable characters. Somewhat high level of detailed description from beginning to end that could maybe be summarised in parts to give some sense of proportion to break it up a little, but that's a nitpick that doesn't take away from a highly engaging and entertaining story. Totally hooked me in, excellent job.

This was a beautiful story of sisterly love. I've never read this particular sub-genre before but I'm glad I did. No wonder this story got high praise in so many other comments from other stories by this author. They were right on the money. After a while it didn't matter that they were two women or sisters; to me, they were just two lonely, love-starved people that needed each other, to love each other in a way no others could. In the end, they found each other, even though they'd been right there next to each other all along.

"Robyn Emily Blake, you are my normal life." "All I need is you." Alright, time to cry.

You write superbly well. Your characters are three dimensional, interesting and sexy, the storyline is perfectly paced, and you draw your reader in and give her pleasure. 5 stars seems inadequate, but as it is all that is allowed, you have mine 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very well written. I definitely felt and believed the romantic feelings between the sisters. That loneliness they spoke of is all too real.

Looking at the brief description of this story, I might have passed on it but for one thing: the author. Wanda never disappoints and she certainly does not disappoint this time. Simply another outstanding story from one of the best authors here or anywhere, at least as it pertains to erotic fiction. And my guess is, fiction of any style. So many thanks for sharing another great story, Wanda.

Five stars without doubt. Dee

A beautiful wonderful elegantly written classic absolutely the BEST I have read and I have read a LOT of stories on this site. I am a 70 year old white straight male and totally love all of this story

I am in awe of your ability to use words to convey the mechanics of the story but also your mastery over the setting , the mood and the love between Alexis and Robyn

Absolutely the very best!

I try to butcher this into filets …. This tale was about a soul numbing lost and Love , pure unconditional love …. Getting hurt in your soul is killing parts of you as well and it may calms but healing is another level ….. yes numbing yourself fits perfectly and so two souls coming together after getting more painful experiences instead of finding unconditional love ….. incest it’s called, but im not one to judge then one painful experience hunts the next …. You Wanda with your love filled magic pen wrote a real love tale about unconditional love with such finery and kindness, Thank You
