Carol has gone upstairs to her bedroom and lays out the new cream colored bra and panties, thigh high hose, gray shirt, black slacks, and shoes. Monday is a workday.
Carol sits down at her bedroom desk and looks for several minutes through the window toward the back yard hot tub -- now quiet and hidden with a plastic cover. She is deep in thought. Finally, she starts writing a long note in her diary. It begins:
"On my Birthday Weekend, Ralph and I had a simply marvelous time.
In public, we - - -. And in private, we - - - -.
Ralph said, he especially liked - - - -. And, I especially liked - - - - ."

That evening, Carol again is sitting at her bedroom desk. She is wearing the sheer black gown that she wore earlier as she provided pleasure for Ralph -- memories stir. She is drafting a thank you letter to Ralph that she plans to mail in several days. In part, her draft reads:
"Hi Ralph -- My Sweetheart,
Thank you very much for making my Birthday Weekend so wonderful by being with me. The gifts are very much appreciated -- I have already read some of the poems, and the gold sweater will be very useful. I really enjoyed the restaurant dinner, birthday cake, and wine.
