A few suggestions...use the story tags, generously. Heavy humiliation is a specific taste. Many want to avoid it and others are actively searching for it. Tagging helps everyone find or avoid appropriately, as do author notes on the front of the story.

I may be sorry to have said this, but you aren't putting enough character emotion into it. There is a long parade of horrible things being done to your poor heroine, yet there is not enough matching feeling on her part. She is almost clinical in her feelings. Where is the horror, pain, nausea, shame, double shame at responding? Where is the sadistic glee on the part of her tormentors? My understanding of the humiliation crowd is they feed off emotions like succubi and incubi. You are feeding them half the meal. :D
