Purplefizzover 1 year agoYou had me crying with laughter at times during that story and incensed at the complete sh1ts of husbands they got free of (fortunately), the word arcane is definitely one to describe cricket scoring, although so many other sports have bizarre terminology too, but you kept with the British Summer wonderfully, even the half open windows for ventilation, AC being only on better hotels of course! In short, a brilliant story, wittily written, although you have left the door open somewhat for a sequel. Thanks for writing and posting, cheers Ppfzz.
