The basic premise is flawed. Ryan is passed-out-drunk, and gets a blow job.

Was it desired? No.

Was it requested? No.

Was it sexual assault? Probably (legally speaking).

Was it pleasurable? Well, duh!

Despite all the reasons it shouldn't have happened, the reaction is over-reaching. There would be no story if the "assailant" had been female; indeed, there would be rejoicing and a quest for her phone number.

Logically, there is an abrupt change of roommate. But it would stop there.
