I have some quibbles about the transplant scenario. If Anthony's brother's power of attorney allowed him to change the recipient (with the collusion of sis Mary Beth); I can't believe he couldn't stop it entirely. While Anthony was willing to leap on the operating table to donate organs to save his "loving wife"; it seems extreme for his siblings to donate to strangers. Every surgery under general anesthesia has risks, i.e. Anthony is in an induced coma.

Anthony will surely believe his siblings about Kate and not demand to see hospital records; but the savings account being emptied will raise questions as to why. The organ recipients will need to suppressed/dissuaded from inquiring about donor Anthony.

From Kate's unfiltered/drugged opinions of her husband's apparently upstanding family and her complete financial cluelessness; how could someone be married to such an IDIOT.
