this is only common sense, but if there is something to be unloaded from the side of the vehicle closest to the house, ie groceries, unhappy passangers, heavy things, groceries, unhappy passangers, the operator is given a common rule exception, unless it will also afford the the opportunity to block the side walk and or the bike lane,,, then any options are of valid reasoning, like I kinda wanted to.

You must address people on bikes whom I distinguish from bikers, those driving motorized conveyance, who persist in driving up any open area between lanes. There sholuld be awards for those who can pick either one off without vehicle damage or something,,say whot,,,eh old chap
