What a fantastic way to start your very first story. I can see myself getting hooked very easily, if the next chapter is as good as this one was.

I am very intrigued by this new story and I will definitely be coming back for more, however, I did notice that you went from past tense to present and then back again by the end of the chapter. But overall a very good start!

And I am looking forward to more. But please keep the tense consistant, and remenber: while you can play around with werewolf biology, dogs don't see color. ;-) Also, a bit more description of the characters and environments would be very very appreciated. Otherwise, a pretty good beginning, and I will definitely keep my eye out for more. 4 stars ☆★:-)★☆

Nice story so far

You were doing great until all of a sudden you swapped the tense you were writing in. It was like you started off telling the story and in the middle you changed to being in the midst of the story.

You're story is interesting and you're writing is good. I suggest you find yourself a good editor to work with that can smooth out some of the bumps in your writing. There are volunteer editor's available through this site. I happen to be one, but I don't have the time to take on anymore work at this time, but I'm sure you could find someone to work with you.

Interesting start, can't believe it took me this long to find it. I think it's a clever twist that the werewolves can communicate telepathically with the dog.
