But I believe that I will wait for a few "chapters" before I read. In my opinion, this does not rise to the level of a "chapter." A chapter is a miniature story, and has a given conflict. It has a rise, a peak and a resolution. This has nothing beyond the beginning of a rise. This, more than likely, should have been the beginning of chapter two of the story. I imagine that waiting might explain the lack of reaction to this story on today. Others are also reserving judgment until they have a reasonable "chapter" to judge. There is nothing wrong with a cliffhanger, but this does not even amount to that. Keep writing. The premise is good, and the story is well written. I only take issue with your choices of "chapter" division.

I'm waiting in anticipation for the next one. I'd like for it to be a little longer though. :) Great work!!!

Intestesting story so far but we need longer chapters looking forward to reading the rest of this series
