Im used to the japanese but rarely do i see anyone use ha ha when refering to moms ...usually i see okaasan or kaasan so good use of words...(mini nerd moment lol)
Anyway, this story has given me a reason to come back to this part of the site. No chesting, just the challenge of this couple trying to find out how they fit. And they do. Love me some Cara and Keiji!
I am not a Japanese speaker -- my husband's family knows a fair bit, but most convo at their place is in Mandarin and/or Hokkien so I just pick up bits and pieces. I hope I don't screw anything up too badly. Always happy to receive pointers and corrections. :)
Please continue with the series of stories about this whole extended family.
