As Jon pulled back from her, and rolled from the bed, Anna glanced at him, then averted her gaze. Hesitantly, she spoke.
"I have no idea... no idea where that came from. It was a mistake. It could ruin everything."
Mimicking her tone, he agreed. "It shouldn't have happened."
She went to the drawer and pulled out a thong, her back towards him. "It won't happen again. It can't happen again." she said, convincing herself.
Jon smiled to himself, and with a repentant tone, he lied. "This will never happen again."
