What happened to Sarah?

I don't understand. Why did it have to be a dream, and WHY did her name change, to all things, BESTY? Betsy is what you'd name a cow, not a beautiful woman. I loved the first 3 or 4 stories, but it's getting ridiculous.

Fantastic story, but I'm a little confused. In earlier chapters, the female sub/slut was Sara, and in later chapters, she becomes Betsy. I saw no explanation.
