I've enjoyed your story so far and I'm looking forward to reading more.

But so far the narrative is pretty juvenile. Venal, profit driven businessmen plot to wreck something she loves, while an evil antagonist aims to destroy it. Also, I bet Jonathan Corsair (Corsair as in pirate?) will be nibbling at her knickers in a week as she educates him about the value of small town newspapers.

Hoping for more nuance and less Harlequin Romance in the next installment.

I shouldn't complain. there is no cuckolding so far, and there is a slimy politician to hate.

Oh, and Bodice Ripping is fine by me.
