That the second chapter will be from Faith's point of view.Wonder how she'll spend rest of her life. She was a stupid mature women
I don't know why people like Faith trust someone so easily. She should've asked herself a question -- who is more important to me? My loving husband of so many years, my kids father OR my new "lover boy" whom I hardly know. Oh! I think she didn't pay much attention in her logical thinking class =)))
Anyway, I'm glad there was no forced reconciliation. I liked the story =)))
This Chapter was a real tear jerker, lol. Lets face it, she is the one that commited infedility and broke their marriage apart. I hope all of her lying and cheating was worth the price of a good husband, 2 wonderful children, who now would not give her the time of the day, and 3 lovely grandchildren. Not being able to see your children or grandchildren would hurt tremendously, but to have her chldren turn against her and not being invited to their weddings would hurt the most. GOOD LUCK MAMA, you really knew how to screw up a loving family and yourself.
Golly, I could almost feel sorry for Faith, but I know that wouldn't go down well with certain commentaters, so forget I said it.
Great story BIBones --- one of your best.
As a writer you made the readers feel sorry for Faith without compromising their feelings for Henry. This chapter clearly explained how Faith let herself get suckered into a no win situation. Still hoping for another chapter where Henry finds happiness and more stories from this writer. Terrific writing.
people who commit suicide aren't strong i don't know where that idea came from as far as love she loved no one but herself, so to feel sorry for her no she wouldn't feel sorry for you.
Unhappy older wife fell to a predator, and will pay a heavy price, enjoyed the story, thanks.
Your story felt real, especially after reading Faith's point of view. Looking forward to your next tale.
Not here. The wife was strongly contemplating Divorcing the husband anyway. So she should be happy.

the author does GREAT job of showing the Husbands pain. He SEES them cheating. He HEARS her clearly says she prefers Dana over him.

yet when the final confrontation scene occurs Not much happens. Kind of a let down. Even when Dana is beaten up outside of their home the wife still thinks the Husband does NOT know... that it is just her husband NOT liking Dana.

In the end he throws some photos at her... hands her divorce papers... and walks out.

Big deal. Seems very anti climatic IMO. The cheating wife
CONSISTENTLY chose Dana over her husband and was strongly thinking about divorcing him anyway according to chapter 2.

Frankly the wife seemed far more upset and hurt over Dana leaving when she told him she was pregnant.

I'm not really sure what the Anon below me wanted. I mean I think working someone over with a baseball bat to me is revenge, but hey I guess a bullet and some jail time would be better huh (^_^)

But at first I sorta had some sympathy for Faith. I mean I'm sure all of us understand a dry spell and its never fun for the person who wants to head to the bar for a drink, only to find out the bar is closed.

While I never agree with cheating, it was how extensively that she prepared for the first time she did it, put on a show for the cabbie, the time she lied to her husband so she could spend four days in bed with the new guy, the repeat performances while saying she was with clients, etc. that showed how selfish her character really was

Then when the character decided to have her husband and lover meet and hoped they would be friends made me wonder what new delusion she was living in. I mean someone who's boning someone's wife long term, and doesn't have a wife themselves, isn't going to respect or like the husband, especially if the husband doesn't know, so her character I didn't like. What made it even worse was her character trying to figure out how to have a husband who loved her and a lover who sexed her up, without giving up the best of both worlds

So personally I thought you did well with the story, I mean at first I thought you were trying to build sympathy for her, but as I read it again, I hoped you were trying to show someone who looked back on what they did and realized how selfish they were. The two things that made me think so were the abortion and the burning of all the letters. To me the character is still selfish, but slowly realizing she is the cause of all her problems.

Thanks for the story

My opinion of Faith hasn't changed. A very stupid woman who fell hook line and sinker for Dana. Any excuse she may have thought up wouldn't have meant anything at all. Well written but a very sad tale of a very misguided woman.
While I don't believe a Ch. 2 was necessary since Ch.1 was so complete I still found it to be interesting reading. Faith's justification for cheating (she wasn't getting enough sex and two of her friends were having affairs) were simple and selfish. She didn't bother to talk to Henry about her concerns but handled the problem in her own devious way. The author does a very nice job of showing how her nonchalance towards fidelity led to the demise of her marriage as well as to the relationship with her children and their offspring. A good story about selfishness leading to moral decay.
Chapter 2 was not necessary,,, but it did allow for excellent insight... She should have gotten out of her marriage when it started... even with out Dana, she was NOT going love (be in love) with her husband again
Good, after all she was a self centered, slefish, stupid woman. She should have divorced Henry, it would've been less painful. Anyway, I liked the story, was an entertainment. Sad though.
She didn't fall for a younger Lothario. She dressed for sex before he even had an inkling that she was available.

And she was totally selfish. She said it herself: She had a lover, a husband, a good home life, respect from her family and the community. She was very content and didn't want to change a thing. Certainly not get divorced and married to her lover.

Why is it so hard to do the right thing? If you want to move on then do so. But respect your spouse and have the courage to tell them.

But selfish people don't do that. Thanks for sharing.
No one who calls himself a man would put up with or forgive what I did to him.) I think this about sums it up and a lot of wives with itchy cunts should take notice.
He weren't no real man. Now you still a pretty little lady y0u go get all the cock you want babe. one comment on chapter 1 sure surprised me BiffBang you telling the world you a child molester and wantbto fuck littlñe girls and that gets no risponse from other commantators. I am on anyone side from these cowards.
To be inside her head. I am really wondering about how
she ever got through her 55 years in one piece. She lives in a fantasy world... This is bad for other people how have to share time and space with her...
The story was good but things were left out and mistakes made. At the beginning she says it has been two years since the divorce and then at the end she says 6. Then she says Dana resigned when he found out she was pregnant but in chapter 1 you said they were both fired and there was no mention. There was also no mention of the attack on Dana by her husband. There were other inconsistencies but like I said it was a good story. You just need to read your stories back to back to make sure they flow right.
This had the mistakes pointed out by another reader. We still don't really know why Dana left Faith after she helped him get out of the hospital and nursed him back to health. I suspect his balls and dick were trashed so badly that he was no longer the stud he thought himself to be. To be realistic, I think Faith needs counseling if she is to have any chance to start over. Thanks for writing.
She would have saved Henry's self respect it she would have divorced him. That way she wouldn't be thought of as a cheating slut. Her children may have forgiven her for leaving their dad for another man, but not as a cheater. Good story Thanks ........Rich
that plus Dana claimed to love her and wanted to marry her...so why would he bugger off? Other than that, a good story.
cheating slut, no not really. We just roll around in transfer enjoying someone else's problems. Like going to car races to watch crashed cars burn. People as self centered and as stupid as she is clearly should be sterilized at birth.
Let me explain it. Women who are married and fuck a man are no real expense to the guys and are free tail. You dont have to spend as much on them as you would have to on dates. To keep the free tail coming you simply tell them the lies they want to hear, like I love you, you are so sexy, you are the most beautiful woman. The guy was upset over the pics and wanted to do cleanup to keep the husband from divorcing the wife, no he didnt want to marry her just fuck her. Let the husband bear the real expenses. When he was beaten by the husband she cared for him and nursed him back to health, his cost zero. When she let him know she was getting divorced and that Dana was to be a father, he did what any real gigilo does, he ran. Sorry these guys dont love you, they love what you do for them. When he realized he was going to have to marry a cheating wife and raise a child with her, he did what any man in the situation would do run. The wife is totally braindead she needs to be totally written off by all concerned. Let her be what she is now a bar slut begging guys to let her suck them for ten dollars or a drink.
Pretty realistic actually. I agree with some commenters that she should have told her husband she wanted a divorce to marry her new love unless he could accept that she had a new lover. That way she would show some respect even though she had already cheated on him. Falling in love with a younger person is not uncommon at all, especially as the romance dies in a marriage very quickly as a rule. Too, as you wrote, she was looking for romance and sex as well on that trip. She found what she was looking for and had only to tell her husband... Of course, that would have made for a much shorter story wouldn't it?
Curious, she wanted both and lost both. No pity for her. Too bad there was not more
I stumbled onto a story where ther husband got walked over, and this brings me back to a more balanced perspective. To her credit, she did have the awakening, even if it was too late to really make a difference. good story and good timing.
Sometimes people end up getting what they deserve, this bitch fits that bill. Man the depth of her selfishness knew no bounds. She even wanted both her husband and her lover to become friends! Why? So that the deception would hurt even worse?
Glad Henry got out. He deserves better.
It was an enjoyable read. It was a cautionary tale about a wife who took too much for granted and paid for her folly in the end. Thanks for sharing the story.
just another slut that fag shoe no balls loves to prove is not just another slut - good luck fag shoe
This story has all the more impact for the simple reason that it is reflected in reality. The cheater who simply commits adultery for the pleasure of it is one thing. Far more pathetic are the ones such as this deluded woman, who allows her selfishness to be masked in her mind by "romance." Nothing is more ridiculous than the claim that one loves a spouse and a lover at the same time. The two relationships are incompatible on their face. You do not betray someone you love, show that lack of respect, and you damn sure don't bring your lover into your home and have a social meeting with your spouse while concealing the affair. So we have people like her who justify their sordid deeds by claiming it is "love."
It is also the usual state of things that when the whole house of cards comes crumbling down that the offender suddenly finds that self serving remorse that serves them so well. They wear the tradgedy like a badge. It's almost like the cost of their betrayal in a sick fashion fits into the whole "romance" of the thing. If this ignorant woman had communicated with her husband and saved the romance for the setting in which it belonged she would have had a happy existence. Instead she fell on a sword of her own making, and wound up with no one.
This was a great cautionary tale. It was well written and the characters were superbly drawn. I look forward to reading more of this author's work.
This is a good example where a Part 2 from the cheating wife's viewpoint actually adds something to the story.
Following the first story, I was left with some questions, and this follow-up answered some, but not all.
My questions:
1. How did this all start, and when? Answered-and it makes sense.
2. How did wife get to the point of feeling that she loved the seducer? Kind of answered-after several months of the affair, she responded to his "I love you" with her own in post-coital bliss. Upon reflection, she realized that it was true (or so she thought). A warning to those who think they can have no-strings affairs-emotions will pop up and complicate things.
3. What were wife's feelings about hubby? Answered-she loved him (as much as you can someone you betray). She steadfastly refused to divorce hubby. She wanted her cake and to eat it too.
4. Why did she immediately take the offensive (threatening to tell cops, etc.) against hubby after she found her lover beaten at their home? Not answered. I thought this was important-she immediately took seducer's side, and all but admitted to the affair-even though hubby had said nothing about it to that point. Maybe first story could have been re-worked with her not saying that.
5. Why did she bring seducer home to meet hubby? Answered-but not satisfactorily. Any cheating wife with half a brain in her head would avoid that kind of meeting at all costs. If she wanted to deflect suspicion in case hubby ever heard of her being seen with seducer, she could have introduced him at company function, etc. She was I guess lost in some crazy fantasy that she could have an open hubby and lover menage a trois relationship if only the 2 could become friends. Hard to buy that. As she says at the end of Part 2, no self-respecting man would stand for that.
6. How did she get pregnant? Was she on no birth control? What did she and hubby do? If hubby had vasectomy, then what the hell was she thinking. She repeatedly took seducers cum in her-I guess I assumed she was fixed, or through menopause, or on the pill or the like. I guess not. What a stupid bitch.
7. How did it all go down after hubby split? It is only touched on. She stayed with the seducer for a while, she and he got fired, she and seducer found out she was pregnant. She found out seducer had been married and divorced 2 times before, and he split town. She miscarries the fetus (or has an abortion). I wish she would have gone through with her part of the story how the seducer showed his true colors-he suddenly wanted nothing to do with this older bitch, etc., especially with a baby on the way, etc. As it is, it seems that she would have happily stayed with him and had the baby with him, except that he took off. If that is the case, then i wish that would have been explored more-to show the reader what a piece of shit he was.
8. Why was the seducer pressing her to divorce hubby to be with him? It seems like he just wanted a piece of this (presumably) very attractive and hot-to-trot MILF whenever he could. Well, he was getting that. Why rock the boat? Did he really want her to leave her hubby? Did he really want to marry her? If so, then why take off after the whole thing explodes and her divorce is in the works? It doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe a Part 3 from the seducer's point of view could answer these questions.
Anyway, I enjoyed this sad little morality tale.
B-o-o-o-ring and preaching the old, caveman double-standard of women-hating men: when a woman can't/doesn't feel up to having sex with hubby, that justifies hubby getting "some" on the side. But turn the tables where hubby is sitting on his fat, couch-potato ass and not performing to previous standards, well too bad for the wife - hubby still "owns" her and she can't do the same as hubby did 10 years earlier. You can't find a more stupider, selfish, immature and infantile standard of conduct or perspective than that.
Life is change - people change - people's abilities and needs change; learn to accomodate, to compensate, reconcile, adapt, grow - or change turns Life to sh*t.
The fucking cunt should jump in front of a moving car on the highway. That would kill her. At least it would cripple her. Fucking bitch thought with her twat and she paid the price. She is alone and unloved. Fuck her.
Read a number of comments by BBL and they are incredibly vitriolic and full BTB.
Man I don't know what someone did to you but you need to move past it and life a great life - as a number of writers say that is the best revenge every.
If you keep up this level of anger at "fictitious" characters what must your real life be like. No doubt you are sending yourself to an early grave.
The moralic way is the divorce after dying the love in a marriage (except for ill spouse in the Hungarian Family Law). It is best for both spouses, because the other could get more time for looking for possibilty to restart his/her life and they could remain amicable to attend the common children's and grandchildren's events. The problem ONLY THE CHEATER (male or female alike) WANTS TO RIDE ON 2 (TWO, DUE, ZWEI, II.) OR MORE HORSES SAME TIME USING THE SAFETY OF THE FAMILY CONNECTION.
It is a very good story from SW_MO_Hermit "Finding Happiness After Love Dies", where the pair divorced after dieing the love in the marriage the only son went to colledge and THERE WAS NOT ANY CHEATING!!!!!!!!!!!! The exhusband finds Second Chance Woman and he will be again Daddy! VERY GOOD ROMANTIC FABLY STORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The usual trinity the humuliation, STDs and the bastards are important factors in the cheating, however according to me the GREATEST PROBLEM THE STEALT TIME FROM THE BETRAYED SPOUSES (male-female alike) TO RESTART HIS/HER LIFE EARLIER..........................to start gym swimming pool to lost waight, before starting date (net, etc..)..........
divorced ur hubby if u wanted an affair with an arrogant idiot, who didn't know how treat ur hubby at ur house, like dana. shoulda told hubby u needed sex he couldn't
give you. maybe coulda got a change from him.
Yep just as on cue we have another in a long line of "my pussy is too good for you" anymore. another cheating slut wife bites the dust. Now if the divorce laws will catch up with the slutty cheating females of the species we will have some really good true stories of their demise. Deadbeat moms, alimony to the husband.
Vapid, cruel, thoughtless, and irresponsible. Even sadder, neither really thinks she did anything wrong. Now women can be as stupid as the old boys Network. Nice. OldBearSwitch
Sorry. Those of us that have been that close to suicide would say you need to be strong not to do go though with it. Its so easy to just go with it when you are that low.
I have read stories on Literotica where the wife goes through menapause and doesn't want to have sex anymore that much and the husband goes off and finds other women and the commenters totally back him up. Fuck the bitch, she should expect that since she isn't meeting the husband's needs. And here the same happens in reverse and again fuck the slut bitch who was faithful (as far as we know) and a good wife (he loved her and had no complaints before the affair) and mother apparently. So for her to let her pussy take charge, when in the other stories the man's sexual needs took charge, and she she should be crucified and have lifelong misery and lose the affection of her children and grandchildren.
I can respect her children giving her a bit of a shit temporarily, and if she was a good and caring mother to them growing up then it's really fucked up what her children did, especially the son. The whole point of family is supposed to be a refuge when you fuck up. When you fuck up your wife can leave you, your friends may betray you, but blood is supposed to be there for you. Not condone, but be there for you, especially when you are repentent. She didn't become a serial killer or terrorist, or worse any indication she voted for Trump. She did what is supposed to happen in 50% of marriages (cheating) after 29 years of faithfulness (as far as we know). For that she is supposed to be ostracized by her own children and be denied access to her grandchildren? Then at least tens of millions of Americans are getting away with "murder".
Let it be so for all cheaters. Risk it all, lose it all. Here's hoping Henry helped Dana disappear.
You ruined the series by writing virtually the same story but from her pov - who the hell cares . 1 *
Shipping doppings! Big mistake the last chapter was supposed to be written by a woman who is suffering from her Mistakes! Ha It's written by a male and it ruined the Great story I was enjoying? Oh well★★★★☆ WOOF!
A woman THAT selfish, punished herself in the end? Not buying it. Married 29 years, and she wouldn’t discuss her sex drive with her husband. Dana had some blame, lied and was willing to steal another man’s wife... but Faith aggressively went after him, buying a special dress for their first dinner. Then thinking she could lie and live a double life indefinitely. Henry was quite merciful, all things considered. Faith got exactly what she deserved: nothing.
So again: an incredibly selfish woman destroys her own family, knowing the risks throughout, suddenly goes without companionship indefinitely? No. Fucking. Way.
This chapter shouldn't have been written. There's no essence nothing new from the other chapters other than the how it got started, from there it's nothing more than a sexual tryst. I can understand Faith's infatuation with someone new, It's always more exciting when it's cheating with someone new and getting away with it, but after a while the newness wears off, and then it's no more lovemaking just sex. The only question I can think of is. Was she that desperate that she threw herself at another man and let him know what she expected from him that night? Did she ever try to make things better with her husband? It doesn't say. Well, like I said at the begining, there was nothing new in this chapter, it was just a waste of time reading through it.
The general revenge was Ok, but burning her letters would have left a lasting pain.
The thumping with the bat was rather limited, a crushed right hand would leave a long term disability.
Glad the children saw the error of her ways.
"I wanted my two loves to meet"
What an evil cunt. Not content with cheating on her husband and falling in love with another man, she actually wanted to rub Henry's face in the fact that he was a cuckold.
She deserved to lose all her family. The self-centred whore shit all over her husband... I can see why the kids wanting nothing to do with the bitch.
I can’t think of any reason for this chapter to have been written. Taken literally, it came across as the pathetic rationalizations of a vile slut. Taken as a fictional extension of the original chapter, it just seemed like a pathetic attempt by the author to generate sympathy for a vile slut. Do you see where I’m going?
He did catch and punishment but not enough for Dana
She cheated caught and lost lover and got shown value he placed on her also lost husband and kids and grandkids so future bleak until she dies
So great mental anguish
Reading again about this unrepentant, cheating bitch.”No one who calls himself a man would put up with or forgive what I did.” No truer words ever spoken by a cheating wife.
You have got to be kidding me .Only one question needs to be asked. :What if Henry had done this scale of cheating ? What the hell is wrong with this bitch ? BTB big time. The Bear does not approve of the explanation. Die, slut.
The BEAR
I know this was written years ago but after almost two full pages of her bragging about the great sex and her love for him, she is sorry that she didn't to him causing her kids to ignore her. I agree with some of the other comments - there never should have been a part 2.
I have given this story some more thought and I have made some conclusions. Faith met Dana at the North Carolina show and he was a manufacturers rep. He seduced her at the show, and she stayed for a couple more days for some more fucking by him. Then she went back to her company and convinced them to hire Dana for the home office so the offered Dana a position as buyer. Dana continued fucking Faith and she came up with the story for her husband that she got a promotion that required her to entertain clients once or twice a week. She continued fucking Dana during this time. So she lied and cheated on her husband for several weeks or months and would have continued the affair. She was in love with Dana and thought he was in love with her. I just wanted to fill this part of the story in an effort to try to understand why she threw away a loving husband, two loving children, a nice house, and a good job to fuck Dana. It would be a strong case of her going through her mid-life crisis and wanting to remain young and desirable. Dana was 35 years old, and she was over 50. She fell for him and ruined her life. Dana deserted her after he was done with her and moved on.
This was a great cautionary tale about the consequences of cheating on your spouse. I loved it and gave it five stars. There is no room for reconciliation in how this story played out. Faith no longer loved Henry and she loved Dana but Dana never loved her. He just used her and left town after he recovered from the beating that Henry gave him. She wanted to reconcile with Henry but he was having none of it. She ruined her life as well as her marriage. Pretty strong consequences for cheating on Henry. Good job!!!
It's easy to sit where I am and comment on these stories. I understand how hard it is to write and thank you for your efforts. (which are better than I could do)
I enjoyed the series, primarily the first part, but the entire story felt like it was missing something... not sure what though. Maybe both stories need more detail added to the "epilogue" portions? maybe some more angst added to the cheating portions?
The second part did not add a lot to the story other than giving a small glimpse into what Dana was hiding. no additional motivations, not much information on Dana's past, not much about getting fired and black listed, no details about being abandoned by her children and asked not to come to their weddings, the loss of the pregnancy, her employment and life struggles, etc.
was a little surprised she burned the envelopes. She seems to be living like a martyr and figured the stamps would be too big a symbol to burn.
