OMG - the bet (so far) from you my dear! This has potential as a chapter of a longer work in REAL literature. Fiction maybe, but one can tell, told from the viewpoint of a military wife. I was totally sucked into the storyline and placed in Gunny's position from the begining. Brought tears to the eyes of an Irish boy. Keep this up! PLEASE!!!! Not only for my sake.
